My son is so excited. Yesterday, my husband let him ride around the yard on our Toro riding Lawn Mower. He’s only eight so he thought this was a really big deal. Now he’s going to be asking to cut the lawn every day. In fact, he is already talking about offering to cut grass for money in our neighborhood this summer. I don’t have the heart to tell him that he’s too young to do this. If he were to do this, I would have to go sit and watch him while he cuts lawns. He’s too young to be out there on his own. For right now, I’m just listening and smiling. It will be soon enough to break his heart.
