One of the best accessories for pizza ovens are pizza paddles.
Pizza paddles can be made of well seasoned wood or metal. They are basically a flat shovel designed to place the pizza in and remove it from the oven quickly whilst keeping it perfectly shaped. There is a handle which in most cases is a little too short and you do need to use a hand glove as well.
People find these very attractive and can be hung up as decoration on the wall in between uses. You can prepare your pizza on the paddle, once the dough is stretched and shaped put in on the paddle and add toppings. Easy as pie – or should that be pizza-pie!
