There are many different products available today to insulate one’s home that it is difficult to know which is best. The important thing to note is that most insulation products do a great job. That includes bubble foil and spray foam, both of which make a good insulator whether it is for the attic or underneath a stairway. Bubble foil can be easy to install and can be a cheaper alternative than using some kind of bulk installation. Some folks really like the spray foam method as well. I suggest talking to a few contractors to see what they recommend for your home.
