I am looking to add a new touch to my all wood dining room and I think that it will come in the form of fabric but I am not sure where I want this fabric. I thought previously that I would like a rug under the dining room table but then I thought of how hard it would be clean up. I soon focused on chair covers and hopefully alleviate some of the busyness with all the legs. Now I am focused on pillows for the chairs themselves. This way it may add just a touch of fabric to the room without taking away from the wood decor.

In 1656 a Mr. Christiaan Huygens, invented the pendulum wall clock. Pendulum Wall Clocks were a much more accurate clock for telling the time. Pendelum locks were a very cool invention but in the 19th century the battery was invented to power clocks. After batteries came about, pendulum clocks became a distant memory.When it comes to Wall Clocks, the Quartz crystal was a truly great invention. It was invented in 1920 and works in a very interesting way. With a very low voltage of power the Quartz crystal begins to vibrate, this makes the clock run. This movement makes these clocks very precise, which is why wall clocks today are still run on Quartz crystals.

I have always been fascinated with Swiss Cuckoo Clocks. I made plans with my daughter to go to a clock show that sold new and used cuckoo clocks. We did not have a lot of money to spend so I was looking for a cheap clock. Most of the clocks I have are not very loud. I was able to find the perfect clock for my living room. It is loud and when the cuckoo comes out it shows a lighted background. I took this clock home, hung it on the wall, and I enjoy every time I hear it.

I have to admit that when we found out that we were surprisingly having our third child we panicked a bit. Our house is not very big and I was worried that we would not have the space for another child since as it is now our two boys share a room. But I heard about Tri Bunk Beds from a friend of mine. Something like that would be great for our kids. We would not need to move to a bigger house, which we might not even be able to afford. Hopefully I can find one that is discounted to fit in our budget.

Now, I may be preaching to the choir, but recently my husband and I went over to a friends house. They are sort of wealthy so they have a lot of nice things. One of the nice things they have is an armless Leather Chaise Lounges. They have two of them and they are in their study. They look very classy and expensive. I sat on one and it was firm, but very comfortable. I believe they ordered them as specialty items specifically for use in their den. The color is a dark chocolate and is very rich looking. They go well with their decor.

My older brother Nate just moved out of our home in Michigan. Boy were me and my sisters glad to see him leave because we couldn’t take his teasing anymore. We helped my older brother Nate move his sectional couches and loveseat into his new apartment. We also noticed a big box laying outside his apartment door. Me and my sister opened the box and found lots of Slip Covers. We asked my brother if he was going to be throwing any wild parties because he bought covers to protect his furniture, and he replied of course I am, don’t you know this is going to be my first year of college.

The lounge in my new house is done in a very modern style and when I moved in I really had quite a bit of trouble in deciding how to decorate the windows. I looked online to see if I could get some ideas, but in the end it was the advice of a friend that I followed and ended up buying some really nice Bamboo Window Blinds. They were fairly expensive and I spent a little bit more money than I had anticipated, but they have added such beautiful oriental feel to the lounge that I now like to spend time in that room more than any other.
