Now that January has arrived (and is almost over, believe it or not) my wife wants to do some interior decorating. Specifically she wants to buy some new furniture. We’re not exactly swimming in money nowaways, so I’m against this, until we’re in a better place financially. I’ve suggested that we go the decorative organic furniture slipcover route, until we’re in a more advantageous place, financially. She’s fighting this or course. She’s the main reason that we’re in desperate financial straits as it is. I usually will just fold and let her have her way, but that’s not going to happen this time.

One of the things I most like to do on a chilly winter’s evening is to curl up with a nice warm mug of hot chocolate and my lion blanket. The blanket was given to me on my fifth birthday from my grandmother and to this day I still cherish it as much as I did back then. It is large, warm, and extremely comfortable, emblazoned with a proud and majestic golden lion across the front. I feel as though the lion is protecting me from the cruel and biting cold that lingers outside. While some people may have a stuffed animal or old doll that they cherish in times of need, for me, it is that blanket that keeps me safe, warm, secure and content.

Add teal to a bedroom with a comforter, a lampshade, or a dresser. The color will enliven your sleeping space. Add teal pillows to your sofa for a bright addition to a living room space. Teal will look fresh against any kind of upholstery, even beige or tweed mixtures. This breezy and warm shade of greenish-blue can be tropical, jazzy, floral, or victorian. The key is which texture of fabric you choose. For a little shine, go with satin or a dupioni silk. For a more muted effect, find a linen or cotton teal fabric.

If you are doing it as a hobby, they designs you can come up with are endless. Just pick your favorite colors and or shapes and you can pretty much create anything. For those that are making stamps for their business, it might be a little bit a a good idea to be more conservative. You want to make sure you send the right message to your customers.

I have been looking for the perfect design for my flooring until I came across this very eye catching type of flooring. The Armstrong Laminate flooring, from the looks of it, it’s expensive but I could be wrong. They even provided me with a variety of patterns, styles and colors that they also come in either a high or low gloss finish. Actually, I had a hard time in picking until I made up my mind and I must chose the one that has a will satisfy my need and shows my personality too. I need to to my reatiler to find out more about it.
