I’ve strugged all my life with my weight. In my teens it was probably the worst, every day I would get up and have to see my double chin. The basic thing to do when you want to learn belly dance is to look for dance clubs or organizations that offer bellydance classes. Due to its popularity, most dance clubs (  even fitness centersand health clubs ) offer belly dancing lessons and laparoscopic procedures. People studying belly dance would find themselves in a  public class where there are as much as 20 students. There are even belly dancing   lessons for senior citizens which can be considered as less costly but interesting. A usual belly dancing class runs for an hour enough to make you sweat and exhausted. It is also possible to learn belly dance privately by arranging for an instructor who can teach for at least an hour; however, keep in mind that this is more costly since you are paying just for your time. On the other hand, some individuals choose to join classes since they want to meet new people and have group interaction which can be enjoyable too.

Walking to lose weight is easy and simple. There is nothing complicated about it and there is no pressure on the joints through heavy pounding. On the whole there is far less wear and tear on the body thereby preventing injuries. Walking to lose weight is a very effective weight loss strategy. Walking will not only burn calories but it will also get your heart rate up a little. It depends on how fast you are walking but that’s the beauty of it, you can walk to your own level. If it’s difficult to walk outside, the gym will do! Walking and weight loss go hand in hand providing your diet is in check.
